At Pacific Noble Primary Care, we believe early detection begins with awareness. Performing regular Breast Self-Exams (BSEs) can help you stay aware of what's normal for your body and more easily notice any changes early.

Like many conditions, breast cancer is most treatable when caught early and you are your best first line of detection. Monthly BSEs checks can help detect changes and complement regular clinical breast exams and screenings for a proactive approach to breast health.

How to Perform a Breast Self-Exam (BSE)

Perform your BSE routine monthly, recommended a few days after your period ends, when breasts are least tender.
